This season, Americano arrives on Maki. Americano is a rich new finish for some of our best selling timber silhouettes, and our most grown up tone yet. Deep, warm and layered, it is rich in the way a good bar of chocolate is rich: indulgent, polished and impossible to ignore. What makes Americano so special is its versatility. In a lighter space, it becomes the hero, a point of contrast that draws the eye and anchors the room. In a darker space, it adds depth and elevates everything around it. It is also a more considered finish. Natural timber carries knots and variation, and a deeper tone allows more of every piece of timber to be used, reducing waste while celebrating the character of the grain.
